Rentals

The Shelburne curling club is happy to welcome the community to utilize our facilities for your upcoming event. Our facilities are well suited to showers, birthday parties, family gatherings, celebrations of life, and parties. The lounge can accomodate 70 people for a sit down meal or up to 90 people for a casual social gathering.  We offer rentals throughout the year.  We can also provide bartenders at your request. Our club is a volunteer run organization and our committee of volunteers is excited to help you with your upcoming event.

Please review our Rental Agreement for all pricing, terms and conditions. A completed and approved rental agreement will be required to hold your dates. You can review the available rental dates in our club calendar HERE.

• Please Note: All Alcohol must be purchased through the club's bar as no outside alcohol is permitted to be brought in house as per licensing regulations.  Renters found to have alcohol not purchased through the club the event will be shut down and any future rentals for that renter will not be accepted. The bar does not serve shots.
• We offer cash, debit card or personal cheque options for bar purchases and rental fees.
